MEDCO ESL Spring 2009 Graduation

The MEDCO is proud to announce the English as a Second Language classes celebrated the graduation of their spring classes in May, with 28 participants earning certificates. Eleven students achieved Level 5 certificates and seventeen students achieved Level 6 certificates.
