Andy Kelly Project Manager Andy began work at MEDCO in 1999. He has worked in the construction industry since 1991. In his role, Andy serves as a partner with owners, architects, and subcontractors to complete successful construction projects from buyout to closeout. He also works closely with MEDCO jobsite staff to coordinate and monitor construction activities.
