Vice President Pre-Construction

GP is responsible for the delivery of pre-construction services including both conceptual and hard bid estimates, bid packages, qualifications and other deliverables. He is also responsible for sustainable growth of the company through its vision, mission and values.

He has 28 years experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in both operations and pre-construction on projects ranging in size up to $1.5 Billion. GP's background in both hard-bid and conceptual estimating lends itself to getting involved to set base line budgets early in the project and then tracking cost throughout the design phase as well as through construction.

GP believes MEDCO is great because of the great people. At work he enjoys being a part of a team that takes pride in providing a quality construction product that makes a difference in people’s lives. In his free time, GP enjoys many hobbies including, boating, fishing, motorcycles, camping, cooking and spending time with his family.
