Jim McSweeney Senior Project Manager Jim began work at MEDCO in 1992. He has worked in the construction industry since 1974. In his role, Jim serves as a senior project manager, overseeing all administrative and field operations of his construction projects. He works closely with all job personnel to monitor activities and make sure projects are delivered to the clients in a timely manner.
